Custom Tea Blends, Developed Around Your Product Brief
For tea brands, importers and foodservice buyers who need a differentiated blend, a sample-led review and a clear route from ingredient brief to an approved retail or service format.
Start with the cup and the buyer
A useful blend brief connects the intended flavour, ingredients, channel, pack and target cost. We review those together so that a sample and quotation reflect the product you are trying to launch, rather than a generic blend list.
We can discuss tea-led blends and caffeine-free botanical infusions. Ingredient substitutions are proposed for your approval; ingredient feasibility, sourcing route, processing scope and destination-market documentation are checked before confirmation.

Examples of formats to discuss: loose-leaf retail packs, pyramid tea bags and gift-ready assortments. Material and production options are subject to confirmation.
Blend directions buyers can brief
These are starting points for a project conversation, not a fixed catalogue or promise that every ingredient and format is available.
Tea-led blends
Build around a black, green or other tea base, then review requested botanicals, flowers, fruit pieces or spices against the target cup and pack format.
Caffeine-free botanical infusions
Share the intended ingredients and flavour direction. Ingredient identity, availability, processing and destination-market requirements need review before a sample is proposed.
Retail and foodservice formats
Discuss loose-leaf bulk, retail packs and pyramid tea bags. The actual filter material, fill, packaging configuration and supply route are confirmed for each project.

Custom tea blend questions
- Can you develop a custom tea or herbal blend under our brand?
- We can review a buyer brief for a custom tea blend or botanical infusion and discuss private-label formats. Ingredients, processing scope, documentation, sampling and pack feasibility are confirmed before quotation.
- What information should I send for a blend-development enquiry?
- Share the target cup or flavour direction, preferred tea base or botanical ingredients, ingredient restrictions, destination market, intended format, target retail cost if available, approximate volume and any packaging brief. A reference sample or formula can help; substitutions are confirmed with you before they are made.
- Are plant-based pyramid tea bags available?
- Please include this requirement in your brief. Filter material options, specifications, availability and destination-market suitability must be checked for the requested project before we confirm them.
- Can you make blends for sleep, energy or other health benefits?
- We can review ingredient and flavour concepts, but the site does not make health-effect claims. Any intended product positioning, ingredients and label language require review for the destination market before approval.
- How much do samples, packaging and production cost?
- Costs depend on the agreed ingredients, sample scope, pack materials, artwork, quantity and destination. The quotation should separate sample preparation, freight, tea bags and retail packaging where applicable; no price or schedule is confirmed until the project scope is reviewed.
Tell us what you are developing
A flavour target, draft formula, reference sample or early packaging idea is enough to begin a feasibility conversation. Please note any ingredient restrictions and tell us before approving a substitute.
