About this grade
Spray-dried from an aqueous extract of our own black tea. Dissolves completely in cold water, which is what an RTD line or a bubble-tea shop actually needs — hot-water-only powders create bottlenecks at both.
Supplied against an agreed specification for solubility, colour value, moisture and particle size, with certificate of analysis per batch.
