This line is contract-manufactured at a partner extraction facility under our raw-material specification. We say so plainly because a buyer who audits will find out anyway, and because a supplier who is honest about where a step happens is easier to work with than one who is not.

Cold-water solubility depends on the powder specification and the finished beverage. We confirm it against your target application during sample evaluation rather than assuming one powder suits every process.

How stable is it in an acidified formulation?

Acid and heat process suitability depends on the complete recipe and process. Share the target formulation and conditions so the sample can be evaluated in the intended beverage matrix.

Can we audit the facility?

Yes. The extraction and spray-drying steps happen at our partner's plant, and we will arrange access there — we would rather you saw it than assumed it.

Can you discuss extracts from other plants?

Yes. We can review tea and other botanical-extract projects. Share the botanical name and plant part, intended food or beverage application, target format, destination market and specification; feasibility, processing route and documentation are confirmed project by project before sampling or quotation.
