What we collect

When you submit a sample request or quotation request, we collect the details you enter: company name, contact name, country, e-mail address, telephone number, company website, and the content of your message.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on this site. If analytics are enabled, they are configured to collect aggregate usage data only.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and to conduct the commercial correspondence that follows from it. Under the GDPR, our lawful basis is the performance of, or steps preparatory to, a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your details. We do not share them with third parties for their own marketing. We do not add you to a newsletter because you requested a sample.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as the commercial relationship is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal purposes. If you ask us to delete your details and we have no legal obligation to retain them, we will.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, UK or another jurisdiction with equivalent rules, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form. You also have the right to complain to your national supervisory authority.

International transfers

We are based in China. If you contact us from the EU or UK, your enquiry details will be transferred to and processed in China. We handle them only for the purpose described above.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
