サンプルは無料、送料のみ着払いです。現行生産の代表ロットを分析証明書とともにお送りします。
Our sample policy
Samples are free. You cover the courier cost by giving us your DHL, FedEx or UPS account number — this is the standard arrangement in the tea trade and it keeps the process fast, because we do not have to invoice you before we can ship.
We send representative lots from current production, not curated best-of material. If the lot you order later differs from the sample, that is a problem for both of us, so there is no advantage in us sending something unrepresentative.
Each sample ships with the certificate of analysis for that batch. If you need a specific specification tested that is not on the standard panel, tell us and we will quote for it.

Samples, freight collect
We send representative lots from current production with the matching certificate of analysis.
Specification and quotation
Once you have cupped the samples, we fix specification and quote against it.
Production and documentation
Batch QC, residue screening, then the full export document set.
Shipment
FOB by default; CIF, CFR, DAP and rail freight to Europe and Central Asia on request.
