About this grade
Commercial Grade is made from later-season leaf — summer and early autumn plucking — from the same geographical-indication area. It is the honest answer to volume enquiries: the cultivar character is still recognisable, but the pricing works for blending, repacking and high-turnover foodservice.
We list this grade explicitly because pretending a garden's entire output is premium would not survive a first shipment. Buyers who need 2,000 kg at a working price should start here, not at BT-01.
